Latin Dance Yoga Group Dance Boot Camp Zumba

Our Latin dance classes range from Bachata, Cha-cha, Rhumba, Meringue to the ever popular Salsa. We focus on teaching students the basic, building a strong foundation in each mode of dance. Our goal is to have students feel comfortable enough to try their new, moves on the dance floor, and learn how to incorporate their own style, and variations into their dance.

Our Yoga programs are designed to accommodate yogi's of all levels. Our beginner and Hatha Yoga classes focus on the core concepts of yoga, breathing, and incorporate light stretching to bring ones fitness level up. For more experienced Yogi's or new corners who are looking for more of a total body workout our Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yogalates classes are a great way to tone and stretch our muscles while relaxing your muscles while relaxing your mind, but be warned you will definitely break a sweat!

Our Zumba program brings together latin rhythms and easy to follow moves in a cardio filled aerobic blast. The goal of Zumba is to burn calories and tone muscles while having a great time. The program features interval and aerobic training, don't be shocked if your dancing improves too.

This is not a programmed for the weak at mind. Get ready to break a sweat and turn your body into a shrine. Through interval, plyometric, body weight and intensity training we deliver an intense fat burning body toning workout. Remember its easier to loose your body then to get it, so keep at it and results will come and stay!

Cardio kick boxing classes are a great and fun way to incorporate your whole body into intense powerful fat burning sessions. You will learn basic kick boxing principles while toning your entire body. Prepare to sweat bring a towel.
